It is in silence that we make room for another to speak, that we make room to receive another. To hear God’s call, we must enter into silence, for He “whispers in the depths of the heart” and shows us, in these depths, the deepest desires He has created us with. “My vocation story—though it has many facets and lessons to be learned—can be summed up in this phrase.
