Infants - Grade 5

Baptism is the first sacrament of Christian initiation and the foundation of the Christian life. Through Baptism, we are freed from original sin, become children of God, members of Christ's Body, the Church, and are called to live as His disciples. Baptism is a joyful beginning of a lifelong journey of faith in Jesus Christ.

Have you been asked to be a godparent? These questions will help you discern if you are ready to take on the responsibility:

  • Do I participate in Mass every Sunday?
  • Do I actively live out my faith?
  • Am I willing to journey through this process with my godson/goddaughter?
  • Have I been Confirmed?
  • If married, was I married in a Catholic church?

If you are a parishioner at Prince of Peace, download, complete, and submit our Sponsor Form. Then, contact Carmela Treviño at (678)960-0069, to register for baptismal preparation.

*If you are not a parishioner, you must receive a signed form from your home parish.
