Get Ready for a Fun Night! Mark your calendars for Friday, December 13 at 7pm at Gas South Arena. Prince of Peace and The Knights of Columbus invite you to the Atlanta Gladiators’ annual Teddy Bear Toss Game. Bring a teddy bear to throw onto the ice after the Glads score their first goal! A portion from every ticket sold along with 25% of the proceeds from Chuck-A-Puck will go back to the Parish to support the "Send-a-Kid-to-Camp" scholarship! Teddy bears collected will be donated to children in need by the Knights through their participating charities.

Join the Columbiettes Advent by Candlelight Charity Fundraiser for women on Saturday, December 14, starting at 5:30pm. This event will be conducted in English only. Guest speaker, Jennifer Thomas, will address the strength of Mary, the mother of our Lord, and her saying yes. “Embracing Your Fiat!” will focus on Mary’s response of “Let it be done” when asked by the angel Gabriel to become the mother of Jesus and how we too can embrace our own Fiat. The evening includes a dinner buffet catered by Little Vinny’s. Charity fundraising activities will include a 50/50 raffle and a gift basket auction. Admission tickets are $25 each and will be on sale through December 4, 2024. Proceeds from the Ladies’ Advent by Candlelight will support the Columbiettes Charity Fund, benefiting Prince of Peace ministries and our community. Questions? You’re invited to an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and reflection hosted by the G.I.F.T.S. Group on Saturday, January 18, 2025, in the Atrium for dinner and a chance to gain greater insight into God’s plan for our lives. A G.I.F.T.S. member will share her powerful story of how a near-death experience transformed her vision of life, death, and her future. 50TH ANNIVERSARY! Join us on Saturday, January 25, from 5:30pm to 10pm for an evening of fun, games, and dancing! Enjoy a full-course dinner buffet, a silent auction, and beverages (beer and wine available with donations). Childcare will be provided in the nursery. Tickets are $35 per person. For a special experience, reserve a 50th Anniversary Table for $700, seating up to 10 guests. This year’s games include a 10X Cash Grab, a Green Line Drawing, and a Silent Auction. Bring cash or a credit card to join the fun! Sponsorships are available: Platinum for $1000 (which includes a reserved table), Gold for $750, Silver for $500, Bronze for $250, and Friends for $100. Hosted by the Knights of Columbus Council 13457, this event supports charities like Special Olympics, Coats for Kids, Archdiocese of Atlanta Seminarians, Pregnancy Aid Clinic (PAC) of Atlanta, and the Carmelite/Holy Spirit Monasteries.
