All Saints & All Souls Masses
Mass All Saints Day - November 1 - Saturday Mass at 9 AM This year, because the Solemnity of All Saints falls on a Saturday, it will NOT be a Holy Day of Obligation. The Mass of the Solemnity of All Saints will be celebrated at the normal Saturday Mass time of 9 am. While not an obligatory Mass this year, all are welcome to be present for the Mass of the Solemnity in the morning. All Souls Day - November 2 - Regular weekend schedule Because November 2nd falls on a Sunday, the Masses of the weekend will be celebrating the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed. Book of Remembrance Parishioners are invited to write the names of their deceased loved ones in a special Book of Remembrance, which will be presented at the altar with the gifts. The book will be available: • In the vestibule before and after all Masses on Oct. 18–19 and Oct. 25–26 • In the reception waiting area during the week
Prayer and Life Workshops (EN)
Do you want to learn to achieve silence and peace? To free you from anguish and fear? Come, learn to live, attend a Prayer and Life Workshop! During the 15 week workshop participants will learn a practical method of prayer, learning to pray by praying. Through the practice of faith and surrender and as a result of praying, participants begin to heal the wounds of the heart and experience greater serenity. By contemplating the image of Jesus and imitating his characteristics, participants slowly begin to be transformed into a person more like Jesus.

Luke: The Story of Salvation Fulfilled
• 8 Week Bible Study in English • 9/11/25 - 10/30/25 • 10am or 7pm The Gospel of Luke takes you on a journey that begins with the foretelling of John the Baptist’s birth and culminates in Jesus’ ascension into heaven. Along the way, you will witness key moments in salvation history, including the Annunciation; the Nativity; Jesus' baptism; his public ministry; the Last Supper; and Jesus’ suffering, death, and glorious Resurrection. The Gospel’s powerful prose and beautiful details will deepen your desire to draw closer to Jesus and be transformed by his teachings. The Gospel of Luke continually reveals how Jesus is the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies. With Luke: The Story of Salvation Fulfilled, you will experience joy as you see how God has been faithful throughout the ages and how God’s promise can guide you in your everyday lives. Funeral: Tewfic J. Safieh
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Tewfic J. Safieh, who passed away on October 27, 2025. Father Ignacio will celebrate a Mass of Resurrection on Friday, October 31 at 5pm. Visitation at Prince of Peace from 4pm to 5pm.
