Helping Those Without Housing

Cross Bearers Ministry is asking for specific donations to help the homeless in Hall County. Travel Size: shampoo, conditioner, Qtips, bar soap, toothpaste, lotion, kleenex package Also Need: toothbrush, chapstick, nail clippers, socks, knit hats, hand warmers, military can opener (P38), swiss safe emergency thermal blankets, feminine hygiene products, band aids, baby wipes, 16.4 oz. propane bottle, new or "gently used" outdoor clothing Please drop your item donation in the bins found by the church entrance doors by Sunday, January 28.

Lenten Penance Service

We will have several priests visiting our parish to ensure everyone has the opportunity to receive God's mercy and forgiveness by participating in our Parish penance service. Childcare will be provided. Begins January 23, 2024 | Tuesdays | 10am-Noon | English Do you desire to deepen your relationship with the Lord? If so, you are invited to join us on Tuesdays for the Prayer & Life Workshops. During this 15 week workshop participants will learn a practical method of prayer, learning to pray by praying. Through the practice of faith and surrender and as a result of praying, participants begin to heal the wounds of the heart and experience greater serenity. By contemplating the image of Jesus and imitating his characteristics, participants slowly begin to be transformed into a person more like Jesus.
