  • Corpus Christi Procession

On the feast of Corpus Christi, Catholic communities worldwide come together to celebrate through Eucharistic processions—a powerful public expression of faith that carries the Blessed Sacrament beyond the church walls and into the streets. This year, Prince of Peace will hold a special Eucharistic Procession following the 5pm Mass on Sunday, June 22. While in previous years we have kept the procession simple and inside the church, we are excited to honor the rich tradition of the Church by bringing the Blessed Sacrament outside. The procession will lead to the edge of our property, near the main entrance. Through this visible act of devotion, we hope to share with the Flowery Branch community our deep love and reverence for our Eucharistic Lord.

  • In Intimis Cordis

One Night Event Presentedby Seminarian Dillon Price June 23, 2025 (in English) | 7pm “Princeps Pacis loquitur susurris in intimis cordis” (The Prince of Peace speaks in whispers in the depths of the heart). It is in silence that we make room for another to speak, that we make room to receive another. To hear God’s call, we must enter into silence, for He “whispers in the depths of the heart” and shows us, in these depths, the deepest desires He has created us with. “My vocation story—though it has many facets and lessons to be learned—can be summed up in this phrase. For the Prince of Peace has given me His peace in my vocation by showing me, in the depths of my heart, the desire for the priesthood He has given me.” - Dillon Price Join us for this special evening as Seminarian Dillon shares how God has called him to the priesthood through silence, discernment, and peace. All are welcome.

  • He Speaks Even When We Turn Away

One Night Event Presented by Seminarian Solomon Azenda June 30, 2025 (in English) | 7pm God’s call often comes not as a shout, but as a whisper—a gentle invitation that waits patiently beneath the noise of our lives. For Seminarian Solomon Azenda, hearing that call was not immediate, but it was deeply transformative. “The idea of priesthood sounded foreign, almost unpleasant, like a garment tailored for someone else. My heart was crowded with noise, ambition, plans, distractions. There was no space for another voice, especially one as gentle as God’s. His Grace is always persistent. God does not shout over our resistance; He waits, like the dew that settles slowly on the ground. My journey was never marked by an initial stillness but by a slow stripping away of noise. Through unexpected moments, quiet conversations, an examination I almost didn’t write, the silent witness of a priest’s life, I began to hear something deeper. Not a command, but a whisper. Not pressure, but peace. At this point I realized that God does not stop calling because we are sluggish to answer. He speaks even when we turn away. And when we return, whether early like Samuel in the Bible or […]
