Join us for our celebrations in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe this coming December 12th! The festivities will begin with a novena from December 3rd to December 11th, which will include a brief reflection, the rosary, and time to share bread and a warm drink. Get Ready for a Fun Night! Mark your calendars for Friday, December 13 at 7pm at Gas South Arena. Prince of Peace and The Knights of Columbus invite you to the Atlanta Gladiators’ annual Teddy Bear Toss Game. Bring a teddy bear to throw onto the ice after the Glads score their first goal! A portion from every ticket sold along with 25% of the proceeds from Chuck-A-Puck will go back to the Parish to support the "Send-a-Kid-to-Camp" scholarship! Teddy bears collected will be donated to children in need by the Knights through their participating charities.
Join the Columbiettes Advent by Candlelight Charity Fundraiser for women on Saturday, December 14, starting at 5:30pm. This event will be conducted in English only. Guest speaker, Jennifer Thomas, will address the strength of Mary, the mother of our Lord, and her saying yes. “Embracing Your Fiat!” will focus on Mary’s response of “Let it be done” when asked by the angel Gabriel to become the mother of Jesus and how we too can embrace our own Fiat. The evening includes a dinner buffet catered by Little Vinny’s. Charity fundraising activities will include a 50/50 raffle and a gift basket auction. Admission tickets are $25 each and will be on sale through December 4, 2024. Proceeds from the Ladies’ Advent by Candlelight will support the Columbiettes Charity Fund, benefiting Prince of Peace ministries and our community. Questions? Teaching your children to adore Jesus in the Eucharist is a gift they will never forget. Join us for our monthly Family Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Wiggly and giggly kids of all ages and their parents are invited to come and spend time with Jesus!
All are welcome to come for as little or as long as you can, but we ask, if you are able to make the commitment, to please sign up at the link below so we know that at least one family will be present to be a guardian for the Blessed Sacrament at all times.
