February 2, 2026 -Presentation of the Lord
Presentation of the Lord
Candle Mass Join us on Monday, February 2, as we celebrate the Candle Mass in honor of the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. Mass will be celebrated at 9am. During Mass, candles will be blessed as a sign of Christ, the Light of the World, who guides us in faith and hope. This beautiful tradition invites us to reflect on Simeon’s proclamation and renew our call to carry Christ’s light into our daily lives. All are welcome to attend and participate.

Follow Me: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John
• 8 week Bible Study in English • Feb 5 - Mar 26, 2026 • 10am OR 7pm Following Christ takes more than simply believing in him or doing what he asks of us. Jesus wants you to be more than just a believer. He wants you to be his disciple and friend. Follow Me: Meeting Jesus in the Gospel of John is your guide to a personal encounter with Christ. As the Good Shepherd, Jesus seeks us. He comes to meet us and beckons us to follow him. He calls us to be his disciples, to trust him, to open ourselves to his merciful love, and to love others as he has loved us. Follow Me invites you to experience the joy of a renewed friendship with Christ. In this study you will learn what it takes to follow Christ and discover the joy of divine friendship. You will see how God, and only God, can satisfy the deepest desires of your heart. For questions, contact Suzanne Coughlin at suzanne@popfb.org.

February 6, 2026 -Encounter
Encounter
In our busy lives, it's easy to lose sight of the One who gives us true peace and purpose. That’s why we set aside time for Encounter, a day dedicated to prayer, adoration, and personal connection with Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. Eucharistic Adoration is a powerful way to spend quiet time with the Lord, to rest in His presence, and to allow Him to speak to our hearts. Whether you can come for a few minutes or stay for an hour, your time before the Blessed Sacrament is an offering of love and trust. This Friday, we invite you to make space in your day to be with Jesus. Come whenever your schedule allows: 9am: Our day of prayer begins with Mass in English. 9:30am-7pm: After Mass, Father will expose the Blessed Sacrament on the main altar of the Church for silent prayer. Adoration will continue in the Church until 7pm. Everyone is welcome—parishioners, friends, visitors, ministries, and small groups are all encouraged to come, spend time with Jesus, and adore Him in the Blessed Sacrament. 7pm: We will begin a special period of praise & worship, prayer & reflection, culminating with Benediction.
