There’s a lot of work to do in God’s kingdom. Caregiving is one of the most important jobs God calls us to do—to love others in his name. Our congregation’s Stephen Ministry is one way we accomplish God’s caring work. Stephen Ministers work to provide care, encouragement, and emotional and spiritual support to people who are going through difficult times. If you have these gifts, please begin to prayerfully consider whether you might want to be part of this exciting ministry. If you are interested, please call (678) 960-0073 or email Stephen Ministry at stephenministry@pop.org for more information or to sign up to attend one of the Stephen Ministry information sessions at Prince of Peace on June 15 from 9:30 am–10:30 am in room 4 or on June 17 from 7 pm–8 pm in room 4. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Stephen Ministry as you prayerfully decide whether this is the right ministry for you. Teaching your children to adore Jesus in the Eucharist is a gift they will never forget. Join us for our monthly Family Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Wiggly and giggly kids of all ages and their parents are invited to come and spend time with Jesus!
All are welcome to come for as little or as long as you can, but we ask, if you are able to make the commitment, to please sign up at the link below so we know that at least one family will be present to be a guardian for the Blessed Sacrament at all times.
